Kevin L. Lindauer teaches biology at John F. Kennedy International School in Denver, Colorado. He graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology and has since earned a Masters Degree in curriculum and instruction. Kevin earned Nationally Board Certified Teacher status in 2000, is classified as a Master Teacher by the State of Colorado, and holds vocational credentials in the Colorado Community College System for engineering related studies. He is currently Science Department Chair, National Honor Society Advisor, and Mathematics, Engineering, and Science Achievement (M.E.S.A.) Advisor at Kennedy. As a writer and curriculum developer, Kevin contributed to a complete redesign of the Denver Public Schools biology and physics curricula and continues to develop assessment items and strategies to track and improve student learning.
